Booking Fee & Cancellation Policy

As we value and respect your time, we expect the same in return. We want your experience to meet and exceed your needs. Therefore, we have policies in place to protect your time and our time. If you're a new client or an existing client receiving a new service, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork.

We want you to have the allocated time available so that you receive the utmost care should you arrive later than 15 minutes after your appointment time, we may have to reschedule your session.  

Your appointment will be secured with a booking fee to ensure that your appointment is established and confirmed. We will try to contact you the day before as a friendly reminder. However, it is your responsibility to arrive on time for your appointment.

Please remember to call us as SOON as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and would be happy to rebook it for you. 

If you fail to keep your appointment or fail to call us 48 hours prior to your appointment with a notice to cancel or reschedule, your booking fee will then be redeemed against administration costs incurred. We also only allow up to 1 reschedule of your appointment without incurring a new booking fee to be paid. 

Booking fee may vary from £15 - £50 depending on the treatment.

Your booking is not secured until your booking fee has been paid. Please ensure you do this as soon as possible so you do not lose your preferred date and time. 

When booking through the website you will be directed to make a payment automatically with a credit or debit card. 

Model appointments;

If you fail to attend your appointment with a student or fail to give a minimum of 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule (if future dates are available) you will automatically not be allowed to re book as a model. Live in person training is detrimental to students learning and failing to attend can affect their course and incure additional fees to the student.  

Model fees also apply to cover the cost of materials only. A consultation  is mandatory at the time of booking to ensure you are a candidate for the treatment needs and outcome. You also agree to have photos and video for use on promotional and advertising. 

All our training is carried out with fully insured and qualified artists assisting a student in small ratio classes.
